Our Story
Sai Info Serviceswas founded in 2017 with a single mission: make getting a quality DTH connection in Tamil Nadu fast, honest, and hassle-free. What started as a small operation has grown into one of Tamil Nadu's most trusted Tata Play authorized channel partners, covering all 38 districts.
We became an authorized Tata Sky (now Tata Play) channel partner from our founding year. When Tata Sky rebranded to Tata Play in 2022, we seamlessly continued — providing the same genuine connections with the same commitment to quality and speed.
Over 9 years, we have completed 10,000+ installationsacross Tamil Nadu — from Chennai's OMR corridor to Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Salem, Tirunelveli and beyond. Every installation is done by certified technicians with genuine Tata Play equipment and full manufacturer warranty.
Our team speaks Tamil and English. We believe in transparency — clear pricing, no bait-and-switch offers, and no advance payments. You pay only when the technician completes the installation at your doorstep. Extra cable beyond 8m or special mounting, if needed, is quoted before work starts.
