Tata Play Tamil Nadu is an independent authorized channel partner of Tata Play Limited. By accessing this website (newtataplayconnection.in) or contacting us to book a Tata Play connection, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Independent Dealer Disclaimer

We are an independent authorized channel partner — not Tata Play Limited itself. Tata Play and related marks are trademarks of Tata Play Limited. Our services are limited to facilitating new connection bookings and installations within Tamil Nadu. For official Tata Play services (recharges, complaints, existing subscriber support), please visit tataplay.com or call the official Tata Play helpline.

3. Service Description

We provide:

  • New Tata Play DTH connection bookings
  • Professional installation by certified technicians
  • Equipment supply (HD set-top box, dish antenna, cables, mounting hardware)
  • Same-day or next-day installation (subject to technician availability and your location)

We do not handle Tata Play recharges, channel pack changes, or technical complaints for existing subscribers.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. Prices are based on current Tata Play dealer pricing at the time of display. The final price will be confirmed by our team when we process your booking. We strive to maintain accurate pricing but cannot guarantee prices will remain unchanged.

5. Same-Day Installation

Same-day installation is available when bookings are confirmed before 4:00 PM and a technician is available in your area. While we make every effort to meet this commitment, it is subject to technician availability, location accessibility, and weather conditions. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

6. Customer Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information and address during booking
  • Ensure an adult (18+) is present at the premises during installation
  • Provide a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, or Passport) at the time of installation
  • Ensure clear roof/terrace access for dish installation
  • Make payment at the time of installation as agreed

7. Warranty

  • Set-top box: 12-month manufacturer warranty from Tata Play Limited
  • Dish installation workmanship: 6-month warranty from us

Warranty does not cover damage due to lightning, physical mishandling, unauthorized tampering, or natural disasters.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the connection package. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income or data. Tata Play channel availability, signal strength, and service continuity are governed by Tata Play Limited's policies and are outside our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Tata Play Tamil Nadu or used with permission. Tata Play brand assets (logos, trademarks) belong to Tata Play Limited. Unauthorized use of any content from this website is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

11. Changes to Terms
