- Area / address — to schedule installation
- Government ID — collected by our technician during installation only (as required by Tata Play for activation)

We do not collect payment card details. All payment transactions happen in person (cash) or through UPI apps.

4. WhatsApp Communication

Booking details shared via WhatsApp are stored within WhatsApp's infrastructure. We do not maintain a separate database of customer records beyond what is necessary to complete your installation and the records required by Tata Play Limited as part of our dealer agreement. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security over internet communications.
